![A Comic featuring our PMD Rescue Team, Team Emberites. [Panel 1] Alakazam of Team ACT is talking to Danny the Combusken, telling her about someone whom he admires. Alakazam: "If anyone asks about the greatest Rescuer of them all, there is but one hero. It's Lucario." [Panel 2] "I aspire to follow his example. I look up to him, you know." Danny looks up, a thought bubble brewing above her head. [Panel 3] This is Danny's daydream bubble. From a low angle, the teeny-tiny Combusken happily embraces the looming friendly toes of the famous Lucario! He notices her under his paw with a smile~ Lucario: "Why hello there, little one! Would you like a helping paw on your rescues?" [Panel 4] Cut back outside the daydream, where Danny's glowing about the thought of being small and underfoot. Danny: "I'd like to look up to him too...~" Alakazam, who's captioned "read her mind without asking", looks concerned. Danny's partner, Razr the Grovyle, looks at Alakazam with a sigh. Razr: "You looked, didn't you?"](https://cdn.bsky.app/img/feed_thumbnail/plain/did:plc:sp6nwj2uqkppx3kyy43krsdi/bafkreiaeryrp3tbs2swbo64s2onweepqzsq6bwfqcfovnqmiuwy3oy2loa)
![[Panel 1] From an underground vantage point, light streams in through the grate above. This is the Sentry Duty shaft for Wigglytuff's Guild. Snake: "Hey Cia? If I may...?" [Panel 2] At the bottom of the shaft, are the two Pokémon assigned to Sentry Duty this day. Cia the Chimchar and her partner, Snake the Bulbasaur. Cia is focused on her duty of looking up, to identify any vistors. Snake however, sighs, looking forlorn. Snake: "I gotta be honest. I didn't realize Guild life would have days like this. Where we're kind of barely doing anything adventurous. And I'm not taking it so well..." [Panel 3] Snake: "Sentry Duty is important an' all, but I thought joining such a prestigious Guild, they were gonna- In a sub-panel bubble, Cia interrupts Snake's fond reminiscence. Cia: "I actually quite like Sentry Duty." [Panel 4] Snake, shaken out of his monologue, looks confused. Snake: "Huh? But- But why?" [Panel 5] Back to Panel 2's composition, though now Snake is standing at attention. Snake: "I- I mean, I guess there's positives, or reasons? Are you into tracking, or just like the break from everything? I... I just wanna know. No judgement. I'm your friend, you can trust me. Cia is sweating nervously. Cia: (thinking) "I think I should've stayed a silent protagonist." [Panel 6] Cia answers. "So. Feet. Paws. You know them, right? I uhh... I happen to like them. Like them a whole lot?" She holds up one of her own feet and points to it, still highly nervous. Cia: "Oh gosh please don't be mad or think I'm a freak..." Snake's expression is blank. [Panel 7] In a narrow panel, Snake starts to process this information, taking on a thinking pose. Snake: "I've... never heard of anyone interested in that, But... it does explain how you're so good at Sentry Duty. Must be a powerful interest to stay with you despite your amnesia..." "But for now I want to know, then..." [Panel 8] Snake shifts his legs a little to show one of his footpaws to his friend. Snake: "Do you... like mine?" In another sub-panel bubble, Cia smiles. With relief and joy, even though she's speechless, you can infer that she does!](https://cdn.bsky.app/img/feed_thumbnail/plain/did:plc:sp6nwj2uqkppx3kyy43krsdi/bafkreiecdtfnolk4ggsgk2otfpt3aaab2fqw3mdilawb5l3fob5lqglf2m)
