I'm working on the next version of my app and finally decided to reduce its size (was 300 MB). After days and nights of compressing and optimising images, plus a small breakdown yesterday when it reached 1 GB 🫠, I'm happy with the result: only 80 MB! 🥳🥳🥳 #BuildInPublic

Hot take: The more I work with Jetpack Compose and Kotlin AND SwiftUI on iOS, the less I get why companies still prefer cross-platform solutions. It's been less than a month and my app is 95 % ported to Android. Sure, it takes time but the outcome is so much better. #buildinpublic

In iPadOS 26, the new menu bar automatically adds an action that links to your app’s system settings. However, pressing [⌘,] should usually open your in-app settings. Using CommandGroup (replacing: .appSettings) takes care of that. #SwiftUI
