It's rural versus urban or Montreal versus rural Quebec. Urban areas voted more for the Liberals or Quebec Solidaire. For some reason the areas around Quebec City voted Conservative but Quebec City proper didn't as much.

A friend once explained this to me - Quebec doesn't really have wings. It just has separatists and not separatists. In truth - you have two axis in Quebec - right/left and YES/NO to separation. There is one truly left wing party Quebec Solidaire but it's separatist - it has 8 seats.

Not at all. I don't believe it is the case. I think people get vaccines so they don't feel the need to mask at all or install good air filters so they still get COVID because the virus is constantly mutating and so they spread it too, which doesn't help much.
