The only things I've seen have any impact are big regulation to make renting for life a viable option, or massive upzoning & densification (developers!). Take your pick. 130

ZB @y3mbl.bsky.social · 19/02/2026Even after 10 years here it's still eye-opening to spot someone doing 80 mph on the freeway with no protection. Special Colorado twist: phone use while driving is effectively legal here too, so every other driver is on their phone, oblivious to the environment. 100
