I mean, it couldn’t hurt to try. Better to try and fail than never trying at all. That said, I think we have to consider tactics outside of fighting capitalism with more capitalism. I.e. people changing their withholding to 0, put the $ aside, pay taxes then vs getting a refund. Squeeze em dry.
