@danneidle.bsky.social - I have a question. How appealing would making UK taxation citizenship-based? (Ie if you want to pay no tax because you’re in Dubai, you have to renounce citizenship).
I appreciate enforcement would be hard, but we could “sweep up” people who return to live in the UK.
