They don’t care about millions losing healthcare because the *core* purpose of this bill is to fund the kidnapping, detention, (and possible deaths) of millions of people. They are literally saying that ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️. Of course food and healthcare are immaterial in that scenario.
