So if I had a slow drip from an outside faucet for about three weeks and I called my plumber at 7 PM on Christmas Day and said “ how about you just get over here”, he’d say “hey how about $700 an hour.” Yet I’m reading a big stack of studies From the ER for people who thought this is a good time.

PVD with failed fem-pop and right ext iliac occlusion; required right AKA for gangrene. Surgeon cut the gortex graft and left it in place. Now 3 months post op. He returns now with a draining sinus and gas formation along the, now super infected, residual graft material.
