Haven’t posted any artworks in a while, but I would never forget my precious monthly Maiyutopia IRL kids! …but yeah, I’ve just been too busy working on a video. And you get no further context than that.

I can’t be the only one who thinks the system is kinda fucked right? Be me, an artist(?) who wants to get into animation as a career But in order to take animation classes, I have to take stuff like Sculpture And I am HORRIBLE at arts and crafts/building stuff, I’ve always been bad at it

Y’know, sometimes it takes a few years for it to sink in just how much messed up shit was in your favourite things as a kid. 11 yr old me: man, I love this show so much!! 19 yr old me:…oh, that’s… that’s a loooot of child kidnapping and implied child death.

Now that bsky’s no longer Having A Moment, back to Redrawing Raiders’ victory screens in my style, and with My Guys! The Mechanic has been adopted into the family. Or they joined the polycule. None of us know and we don’t care. They’re one of us now.

Oh what? You thought I *wouldn’t* draw my favourite characters in their Raiders fits? Well ignoring the fact that I have done so multiple times already, here be my precious Deep Cut! Pet them. They bite. It’s their way of saying they love you.

Pearl Heart @xpearlheartx.bsky.social · 10/08/2026

So as everyone else in the splatoon fandom is scrambling out OCs based on the Mechanic, here’s mine! They are tired and angy and they just need love. (They receive a lot of love) <3

OKAAAY I don’t know why this took me so long, but here! My splatoon sona/octoling sona/splat-sona? (whatever you wanna call it) in Raiders! I love this game so much, you don’t even know ^v^ Also to clarify, she is NOT the mechanic. I have a whole separate character for that

🎨 Heart of Pearl 🎨 Another revenge attack featuring Pearl Heart! >:D ( #JessDrewTheThing #art #ArtFIght2026 #ShareMyAttack2026 @xpearlheartx.bsky.social )

An illustration of Pearl Heart, a girl with pink skin, pink eyes, and long purple hair with a pink streak in a ponytail. She is wearing a pink flowy dress with a heart design over a maroon tank top, maroon leggings, and lilac and violet socks. She is twirling an iridescent pearl staff in one hand, an energetic expression on her face as she runs. The background is a purple and pink gradient with rays of light radiating out from behind her.

Apparently I’ve never shared this before, but every year I have a tradition of redrawing the first art I ever did of my sona. Seeing the same artwork evolve through the years is beautiful, and it’s reassuring to see, even when you feel like you’ve gotten stagnant, you are always improving.

Me in artfight the past few days: “ughhh, I’m not receiving any attacks, even though I’M pumping out art just like normal… are people deliberately ignoring me? Am I not good enough? What’s wrong?” Today: **wakes up to 3 attacks in my inbox** Me: “… … :O… :D ^w^ ^v^”

So, my immediate first thought upon seeing the three-way artfight themes this year was “…they legit just pulled a Splatoon 3 on us” I can’t elaborate for Character Limit reasons, but there are SO many comparisons, that it was only a matter of time before I made this. #artfight #splatoon

10 years ago today, Kirby: Planet Robobot came out. (At least, in the US and Europe) Given that Kirby is my favourite game series, that Planet Robobot is one of the best Kirby games, and that I’ve spent the last 3 years novelising the story… yeah, I had to draw something for the occasion, heh <3

“Nightingale is labelled as a “Princess” by the universe’s naming convention. A title which she despises with every cell in her body…but she’s found ways to make it work.“ (1/3)

120

Pearl Heart @xpearlheartx.bsky.social · 25/05/2026

“Nightingale is one tough cookie that you do NOT want to crack. Feisty, driven, and athletic, she’s a tomboy in every sense of the word. If you couldn’t tell, she has issues controlling her anger, to say the least. She has a tendency to explode at the drop of a hat.“ (1/2)

120

Pearl Heart @xpearlheartx.bsky.social · 24/05/2026

“A “Soldier”, as the universe defines him, Alex plays the role of the classic tank. Hefty, strong defences, and powerful physical attacks, but incredibly slow speed. It takes a hell of a lot to knock him down.“ (1/2)

120

Pearl Heart @xpearlheartx.bsky.social · 22/05/2026

“Alex is chill. …That’s about it, really. He’s not exactly the emotive type. Some people don’t even know he can make more than one or two faces. He has feelings, I promise. They’re just a lot fainter, and he doesn’t express them very openly.“ (1/2)

120

Pearl Heart @xpearlheartx.bsky.social · 20/05/2026

“In this world, Druids are people who, for lack of any better term, “made a pact” with nature. This pact grants Max Phytokinesis, aka plant powers, which are surprisingly varied compared to other elements like fire or water.” (1/3)

120

Pearl Heart @xpearlheartx.bsky.social · 19/05/2026

“Maximum, as he remembers himself, is… ugh, quite a handful. He’s self-centred in every aspect, thinking he’s better than everyone else, and that his ways are automatically the best. Max does show a sign of heart every once in a while.“ (1/2)

100

Pearl Heart @xpearlheartx.bsky.social · 15/05/2026

“While her sister went for extravagant magics, Katlin was much more… low-key. The universe classifies her job as “Thief”, but “Rogue” is probably a better term. Striking from the shadows, swift movements to land fast hits, or dodge before they can even see her.“ (1/2)

100

Pearl Heart @xpearlheartx.bsky.social · 14/05/2026

“Katlin, at her core, is a snarky, cautious, perceptive person. She can get nervous and panicky, but generally tries to think things through rationally. Though frankly, most of her life is devoted to keeping her sister Jessie from accidentally getting herself killed.“ (1/2)

Pearl Heart @xpearlheartx.bsky.social · 13/05/2026

So my parents have flown off to visit my sister and disney world, leaving me on my own for almost two weeks straight. I mean ok, I have my grandpa with me, I’m not COMPLETELY home alone. Still… this’ll be the longest I’ve been without their emotional support… and I’m nervous. O^O

“When he landed in Maiyutopia, Leo landed in the middle of a church devoted to a goddess of light, purity, and wisdom. He quickly became a devout follower, even believing she offers him guidance directly. Clerics and churches in this world are where people usually go to get healed up…” (1/2)

100

Pearl Heart @xpearlheartx.bsky.social · 10/05/2026

“Leo wants to follow the rules, and make sure everyone else is following the rules. A bit of a pompous and easily-annoyed young man, who would rather keep as clean and neat as possible. However, the unpredictability of Maiyutopia seems determined to put him down at every step…” (1/2)

100

Pearl Heart @xpearlheartx.bsky.social · 07/05/2026

“Upon arriving in Maiyutopia, Jessica immediately drifted towards magic. She’s always had a fascination in fantastical sorcery, so having the chance to be a mage for real? Being able to cast blasts of fire, lightning, and ice with the flick of a stick? Sign her up!“ (1/2)

110

Pearl Heart @xpearlheartx.bsky.social · 06/05/2026

“Jessica, Jess, Jessie… whatever you call her, she’s an energetic, overexcited goofball. When she feels things, she feels them strongly. Very easily snapping between overjoyed, furious, and devastated within the span of like… 30 seconds?“ (1/2)

A striking comic book poster of a robotic raccoon character striking a dramatic and confident pose while holding an electric guitar, seemingly ready to play a song. He stands on top of a mechanical platform surrounded by magical glowing crystals. Behind him is the vast expanse of deep space, full of nebula and stars.
