What a privilege to moderate a brilliant and thoughtful presentation by Sarah Ganty and Dimitry Kochenov at Harvard Law School on the EU’s lack of legal and democratic accountability. It’s an inescapable account of what EU law is (and is not) today; a reality to be confronted not bypassed.
