xofeulb.bsky.social @xofeulb.bsky.social · 04/10/2026这两天的抱石，主要集中在V2 我感觉现在是上瘾了，这项运动实在魅力太大了。 曾经有人形容它是“岩壁上的国际象棋”，一点不为过。 抱石路线在攀岩圈里被称为“难点”（Problems）。每一次攀爬，都是一场极其硬核的智力与体力双重解谜。 选定路线之后，你需要观察手点、脚点的位置，在脑海中预演身体的重心转移、发力顺序和手脚配合。 攀爬的过程其实就是一个解题的过程，而每一个人的思路都不尽相同。这也是为什么有次我懒得动脑筋所以请一个岩友示范被婉拒的原因。 由于每个人的身高、臂展、核心力量和柔韧性不同，同一条路线，不同的人可以用完全不同的动作逻辑来解决。这种个性化的探索极具成就感。 220
