SOLDIER @xngears.bsky.social · 22/09/2026It’s a fan-made shirt so it shouldn’t matter. No one should get mad. I am, however, a little disgusted. 330
SOLDIER @xngears.bsky.social · 02/09/2026A surprising (but welcome) good week for Mega Man X fans. The awesome Regenesis fan-game, the awesome other fan-games I was made aware of (Viral Nightmare, Innocent Impulse), the reissue of the Udon artbook, and now I’m primed for starting on Zero’s model kit. 000
SOLDIER @xngears.bsky.social · 27/08/2026NO NO NO FUCKING GODDAMIT FUCK YOU RULE OF 3 NOT OPTIMUS FUCK 000
SOLDIER @xngears.bsky.social · 12/08/2026Hit a small roadblock on the Lego Mario+Yoshi set, so I’m taking a small break to start working on the One True Master of the Decepticons. 000
SOLDIER @xngears.bsky.social · 06/08/2026Needs to be modded to include real movies. Including those spicey Anime releases with the conveniently-placed warning labels. 000
SOLDIER @xngears.bsky.social · 22/07/2026Didn’t quite predict I would skydive without a working parachute, but hey, more guesses than misses. 000
SOLDIER @xngears.bsky.social · 22/07/2026The ep where Hank hurt his back and had to deal with worker’s comp? Literally aired the same time I had to deal with that BS. The first season of the revival? Same time my parents retired. It just knows somehow. 000
SOLDIER @xngears.bsky.social · 22/07/2026For my entire life, King of the Hill has coincidentally managed to tie its episodes alongside my personal current events. Having recently lost my darling dog, this hits close to home. 200
SOLDIER @xngears.bsky.social · 16/07/2026Most likely movie versions of the characters, so get ready for some uncanny Link figures. 0130
SOLDIER @xngears.bsky.social · 14/07/2026Have you met the literal slayer of gods and his two half-pint companions? 000
SOLDIER @xngears.bsky.social · 14/07/2026En Sabah Nur is so incredibly fucked, you have no idea. Hardest beatdown he’ll ever get. 230
SOLDIER @xngears.bsky.social · 14/07/2026Finally arrived. Might build it concurrently with Soundwave (who, incidentally, does not require cutting, so it’s not too far off from Lego building. That reduces frustration but still strips some satisfaction from the cutting process). 000
SOLDIER @xngears.bsky.social · 13/07/2026Now that Prime is finished, I can finally start on the only other Transformer I love just as much (more?) than him. The Most Superior of all Decepticons. 000
SOLDIER @xngears.bsky.social · 13/07/2026The legs were also a massive pain in the ass, constantly requiring me to take apart and rearrange some bits I put the wrong way. Seriously it was like weeks just to work on his lower half. 000
SOLDIER @xngears.bsky.social · 13/07/2026I mostly procrastinated on it because of a couple early mistakes I made, which I know is dumb since they’re practically impossible to catch unless it’s right in your face (the grey part on the top of Optimus’ head was slightly cut). 100
SOLDIER @xngears.bsky.social · 13/07/2026Took an embarrassingly longer time than I intended, but I feel accomplished that I finally returned to finishing it. I don’t want Model Kits to feel like a chore, so I tend to wait until I’m in the mood to continue. 100

SOLDIER @xngears.bsky.social · 27/06/2026It has one major flaw, though: No auto-text in battle. I had to give up after an hour because I couldn’t stand the constant button mashing for every single battle. 000
SOLDIER @xngears.bsky.social · 18/06/2026This is the Terrance and Phillip movie trailer that just shows their new hats. 000
SOLDIER @xngears.bsky.social · 17/06/2026Now comes the next few months of obsessively watching every SF6 update to see if Tifa gets teased in any of them. 110
SOLDIER @xngears.bsky.social · 15/06/2026Just sell your IPs already and get out of the console market, FUCK. 040

SOLDIER @xngears.bsky.social · 22/05/2026Some of my most-wanted Model Kits, sitting in my drawers waiting to be assembled. Now if only I could decide which one… Optimus and God Gundam were partially completed, but I’m a bit nervous to resume them and wonder if I should “warm up” and start one of the unopened ones, warmup the MK muscles. 000
SOLDIER @xngears.bsky.social · 19/05/2026This took much, MUCH longer than anticipated, but I have finally completed my son, he is strong and powerful. 000
SOLDIER @xngears.bsky.social · 18/05/2026And for those not in the know, Giant Robo is, as often the hyperbole is tossed around, one of the greatest Anime of all time. A Top 5 entry without any hesitation. 000
SOLDIER @xngears.bsky.social · 18/05/2026Two years ago, when I first stepped down the rabbit hole of the Model Kit hobby, one kit remained enticing, yet elusive. Frequent website searches, overpriced eBay listings, but not until December last year did I finally bear fruit. Now it has arrived at last, OHHHHHMMMMMMMMM 310

SOLDIER @xngears.bsky.social · 20/04/2026Mighty Mask….I would say they were truly scraping the bottom of the barrel, but we still haven’t gotten Farmer with Shotgun. 000
SOLDIER @xngears.bsky.social · 18/04/2026Was there something specific mentioned here that got you back in, or just the expectation of big changes coming up? 010
SOLDIER @xngears.bsky.social · 17/04/2026It’s a shame because the art on these cards is fantastic. I just can’t bring myself to fall into this rabbit hole. The whole concept of collecting TCCG cards sounds like madness. 010
SOLDIER @xngears.bsky.social · 17/04/2026Spent $3 on this card pack to get the Octopath Traveler II Steelbook from Best Buy. I don’t play the card game so I’ll be looking to see if any of these cards are valuable enough to sell. That Beatrix one looks promising. 110
SOLDIER @xngears.bsky.social · 21/03/2026Does Atlyss count? Cuz I’m about to start it up. …I’m going to try and make a non-gooner version of Brisby from the Secret of Nymh. 000
SOLDIER @xngears.bsky.social · 05/03/2026I'd maybe swap out Mega Man 2 with Mega Man X. That's a tough one. 000
SOLDIER @xngears.bsky.social · 05/03/2026Had to think about it a little, but I'm pretty much set on these #my9games If I had room I'd put at least two more Final Fantasies in there. 100
