On top of that, we fell out over a silly thing, as siblings are prone to doing occasionally, and hadn't spoken in months. We made up the day before. My last words to him were, "Get on TikTok!" (it was the first COVID lockdown, sue me!) My point is, A woman's work HIT HOME!

In May 2020, Keith sadly didn't survive a fishing trip where my dad's boat took on water as Keith's leg became entangled in rope, on the other end of which was the anchor. It's very reminiscent of Ed's trip out of the gravy basket! But alas, no mermaid.

(1)In case folk are unaware... (TW Death by drowning, grief) "Never Left!" My season 3 fanfic started in Nov 23. It's dedicated to my achingly departed brother, Keith. As well as BEING a thank you to the whole production of #OFMD for breaking the dam that stumped (and still does) my creativity.

Chapter 16 is slowly coming together! The first scene gives me all the feels, finally. This one ends with Ed proposing to Stede! So, I want it right! But before the break in the clouds, a storm is brewing! Several flashbacks into Ed's "dark past" and how the red silk connects more to his Mother!
