I Guess the Party’s Ending Now: Professor X commands the X-Men to leave the engagement party, so as not to overstay their welcome. To hide their connection, the Professor says the X-Men will help him to a taxi. (pg 9)
Using his telepathic abilities, the Professor tells his students "We must not overstay our welcome! Let us return to school!" and then he explains to Mr. Fantastic and Invisible Girl that the X-Men have generously offered to take him to a taxi.

Don’t Know the Prof: Iceman thinks to himself how difficult it is to pretend the X-Men don’t know Professor X as their relationship with each other is still secret from the other heroes. The Fantastic Four’s knowledge of their affiliation wasn’t made known until X-Men First Class #1 in 2007. (pg 8)

Magneto Was Right: this would become a phrase used many years later to justify Magneto’s actions, in February 2023’s New X-Men #135 seen on Kid Omega’s t-shirt. A variation, “Magneto is Right” was seen in the X-Men ‘97 episode, "Remember It", on banners and graffiti on Genosha. (pg 10)

Curlylocks: Iceman calls Thor “curlylocks” although his hair is obviously straight. This might have been intended to be “Goldilocks”, referring to the fairy tale story of the young blonde girl and her encounter in the house of the three bears, as Iceman calls him on the next page. (pg 15)
