Fellas pancake mix donuts are great 1 to 3 ratio milk to mix, fry in oil, topping of choice. They're like a cake donut kinda. Don't need to have a rolling pin or cookie cutters i used a plastic cup and a shot glass. Dough? surprisingly elastic? I'm sure it's been done but I'm happy with myself lol
