Tangential but I once saw someone say that even if they eat more sweets than they intended, they never forgo having a full meal later to 'make up for it' and I think that's SO important. It's so rancid that food is reduced to calories and calories are conceptualized as being pretty much optional

My biggest tip is addressing your whole body n not just where the pain is localized (unfortunately some PTs have2do this cuz of insurance rules) - RSIs often stem from less than ideal body mechanics so u get situations where (for example) ur wrist hurts but the real problem is scapular retraction

Millennials especially should know it's ludicrous to criticize younger people for lacking life skills after 10+ yrs of widely getting dunked on for the same thing!! + I wish more ppl would b empathetic to the fact that getting proper nutrition is like an olympic sport for the disadvantaged lol
