The only way I'm aware of to prevent Discord from auto-updating or pestering you to update when it starts is to change the settings.json file in .config/discord/ if you're on Linux (or %APPDATA%/Roaming/discord on Windows) Append it with "SKIP_HOST_UPDATE": true before the final brace.

Please ignore the fact I have two RCTRL keys lol, MTNU compat isn't the best for the Meridian specifically.

MTNU Darling mounted on a clear Polycarbonate Meridian keyboard. The keyboard rests on a black deskmat.

I couldn't deliver the board in good conscience with messed up lighting, so fixing the firmware was the only option! In the end, the result was worth the effort:

I will never forget that time when I spent 12+ hours to fixing the LED positions in the Apollo87 PCB firmware for @hiyuminao.grandet.online 's keyboard. Instead of left-to-right rows (expected default config), the LEDs are physically wired in a SNAKE pattern from right, to left, to right, etc. 💀

Bsky gets to see these photos before the official announcement, as a treat. :>

A bright red Keycult No.1 1800 keyboard on a pink background with a set of Darling keycaps. The vibrant matte red finish has subtle sparkles for added visual flair.

I'd probably recommend the AKG K371. It has the most 'normal' frequency response compared to other closed-backs like the Beyerdynamic DT/DT Pro series, which are known for their pretty spicy treble. listener.squig.link/5128/?share=... (HD600 is included here as a reference point)

I went through and organized my IEM eartip collection today This is what happens when you're in the IEM/audio hobby for 10 years LMAO

A pill box filled with a large variety silicone eartips for in-ear earphones, categorized into different sections.

The background is also blurred because I really need to clean my deskmat

today is burrito redemption day (bought it with cc rewards points 😋) yesterday I accidentally undercooked the tortilla i used for a burrito made w/ leftovers, tried to finish it off in the pan post-assembly only for it to self destruct. i rescued the taco meat and cheese but the plan was a failure

Recently bought these reference guides for design work... my wallet is crying but at least I can write them off on my taxes later 😭

Pantone guides for Solid and Neon colors sitting on a desk. Pantone wants you to replace these every 12-18 months, which is insane. These three ref books cost me over $300 even with a 10% discount and free shipping. It's madness. Buying these is like setting money on fire to make more money.

The feeds feature is awesome, I do wish there was a more reachable button/gesture to access it on mobile in addition to the swipe left/right. A vertical list would be handy to scroll through since you usually have more vertical space on a phone. (Ex: here is iMessage's + menu for attachments)
