I personally was raised by Vorgoth, a very large being of pure shadow with no dicernable features to call to gender. Therefore when I said that I was transgender, Vorgoth accepted me quite fast, Myrna following. I don’t know why I was so nervous, but their acceptance comforted me stupendously.
