You are correct, this isn't allowed within our space. A full explanation is given on our site with a specific definition for Gore in this context. xcreativeclashx.net/...

Is nonsexual gore of child characters allowed? Based on what I read, I'm assuming not.

At the moment we are managing to process them quicker than a week but the time frame can vary if we need further information. If you want to make sure your registration goes through quickly, make sure you're providing us with social media links that fit the criteria listed on our registration page.

You absolutely do not need to join our Discord to take part! Our event is entirely hosted on our website. Some people find our Discord easier to communicate through and share their works, but everything event-based (submissions, hubs, etc) is hosted on site for all to see.

its unfair that you focus so much on discord :( i dont want to have to join a server just to take part

Our site experienced a brief issue on the first day shortly after the event opened where our host was down for a short time but we've had no further issues reported. We recommend trying the site in another browser than you usual one to see if the issue reoccurs. VPNs shouldn't prevent access.

Your official .net website doesn't seem to be working (I get a "can't connect to server" error). Is this an issue caused by VPNs, which I have, or is the website down?

Verifications may take a while

With other creative events ending and ours gearing up to begin, we see a large number of people signing up for CreativeClash in August.

Registration responses may take up to a week or longer.

We apologise for the delay and appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.

Our previous event in 2025 saw a record number of sign-ups for us - 327! This is less than the number of users we have on the site, as many register without signing up to an event. Our Discord has over 600 members, but as with many servers not all of these users are active.

Before I consider joining this event, is it possible for you to give a very rough estimate of the number of active/verified users, please?

For the ease of moderation and to limit any potential grey area, we do not allow visible genitalia to be shown on any underage characters, even in non-sexual situations. Our full breakdown of our rules on characters under 18 can be found here: xcreativeclashx.net/...

Saw someone ask this on Bluesky so I gotta ask, what's the policy regarding non-sexual nudity and minors? Like how older anime handles it. The example they gave was Goku peeing in the original Dragon Ball anime.

Custom coding is not an option on our site for various reasons, one of those simply being the limitation of the software we use. Our site uses a WYSIWYG editor and you can copy-paste formatting from other documents to get around our limitations.

Mentions of this as part of a character backstory is fine. Our rules just prohibit outright depicting this relationship in any work posted to our site.

I read the rules about underage characters and believe I understand all that was stated. However, I'm a bit stuck in wondering if we can still include adult characters who have relationships with underage characters in canon? (1/2)

I wanted to assume that as long as the relationship wasn't depicted within any reference that it would be fine, but better to be safe than sorry. Thanks in advance for your help! :3 (2/2)
