Cyclops #5 is basically a showcase of why people keep following Scott into impossible situations. Such a good ending. I hate that it ends here. 142

Alex Paknadel and Rogê Antônio have been absolutely crushing it, and Fernando Sifuentes provides the perfect gritty atmosphere with his colors. And it had some neat moments showing Scott's restraint, and awareness of his environment even when blindfolded. The reavers & Pierce are truly awful people. Fenris are loud Nazis, while Crimson Commando hides his prejudice behind rules and power. It makes me wish the X-Men would stop holding back. 110

It perfectly captured Scott's mindset, balancing thrilling action with deep character work.
