And I was also a trained and certified master cheese cutter through the dairy board in Wisconsin :P I was a master fresh mozz maker too. I did it all lol. And created my own line of hand rubbed cheeses with my own spice blends :P And yes, theres many licenses and certifications needed :P

I was one for about 12 years when I lived in CT. I haven't been to Wisconsin, my boss went twice and didn't take me lol. I did however go to a company in NH and make a 500 gallon vat of fresh milk into cheddar cheese. I ran one of the largest dairy store cheese shoppes in CT.

Wanted sausage and peppers.....and being polish i havent had golumpki in years.....so I mashed the two and viola. Sausage, cubanelle peppers, and cabbage stewed in a sweet tomato sauce with cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg. Served over white rice :)

These are fire.......I need to learn how to make these. American spices are crap.....they're literally just hot. Spices from india and that part of the world are amazing and I've been experimenting with some. Fenugreek is my latest one....I made a fenugreek sesame bbq marinaded chicken that slapped!

Got a snack mix from the india mart by home that looks like mini popcorn (puffed sorghum) with puffed rice, peanuts, crispy mustard seeds, dried curry leaves....and its yummy! But what i thought was a dried chip was a dried green chili and my mouth is on 🔥🔥🔥🔥😝

The glacial potholes are such a cool sight! I havent been out there in years, that big red building used to be Mole Hill Candle Company. There used to be a awesome glass blowing studio there too, probably not anymore. Also can recommend Four Phantoms brewing in Greenfield :)

I feel so many grew out of it over the pandemic and so many found it during the same time. Theres a bunch of faces I've interacted with over the years before 2020 that I either dont see at all or they just kind of went and did their own thing and thats ok.
