Sadly.. not that uncommon these days. Artist will take on a bunch of work, never do it, while taking on more work. I get shit happens, but even a couple months is a no go. You've been paid; do the work. Can't do it; refund. Simple. Stringing people on for years is bullshit. it'll never get done.

It shouldn't be used at all. Either hire actual artists to do the concept and work from the ground up, or don't bother. The second you begin bringing AI slop into any part of your product; it's nolonger viable.

I "THINK" the design for the relaunch of 'me' is almost ready. Pretty sure I've got the design aspects I like down, plans for colors, patterns ect. Just gotta get it drawn now to see how it looks together and if anything needs tweaking :x Then it's BIG grippers and steppers for all~

Yhea.. I used to get 'you're a schnauzer; not a wolf' with the old Mk1 design; because he has a mustache.. Mk2 was better, but just never sat right in the end. Mk3 will be a total overhaul. Going custom digimon, inspired by some of my favorites. Rookie and Champ forms are already underway :x

So glad that they went with what we kinda pondered, and that digimon still never truly 'die', much like the original set of series had it. The data just goes back into the world for a while. And yhea.. I loved Beatbreak, but whoo boy, it needed more episodes to properly flesh ALOT out.

For me, it was two main characters finally get their megas.. in the second to last episode.. and including the evolution animations.. less than thirty seconds combined.. And then another brief flash of them for a few seconds in the final, just stood there... such a fucking waste of fun designs..

The final few episodes? Over all I'd give a 5 out of 10. Series as a whole? Solid 8. Fav digi line? Wolvermons. More please, and has served as a very big inspiration for changes to come >3> Fav human? Probably Kyo.

Main bug for me, is some central characters and digimon really felt left out/left behind in favor of the main character. Some fun concepts got left behind or rushed. Only giving some main digimon mega's right at the end, for only seconds? ehh. Series started strong, but kind of fell off for me.

Watched the finale of Digimon Beatbreak. Over all it was alright. But felt rushed. My main flaw with Beatbreak has been it's pacing. Some parts just felt very rushed, with others entirely feeling like filler. But it gave me Wolvemon. And the push to embrace things. So it still ranks high.

It's fuckin' sad how many games it turns out have been using GenAI n shit for their game for shit like voices, textures n crap like that; and we only know with alot of them because steam now forces them to admit when they're using it. When it should just blanket ban/remove the game for AI usage.
