Yes, very happy with it, types great and indeed is high quality. But that is exactly Jim Drew: he is extreme in quality assurance, downside is that his projects always deliver two years later than planning. But so worth the wait.

Ook met een PvdA GL geleid college hier in Utrecht is realiteit gewoon dat toch bij elk project eis percentage sociaal en betaalbaar los gelaten wordt want anders helemaal geen bouw.

Ik denk dat vooral zoveel mogelijk bouwen wat kan belangrijker is dan pas bouwen als eindelijk politiek de nodige miljarden daarvoor gevonden zijn.

Ik denk dat hier in Utrecht bijvoorbeeld die nieuwe dure woningen niet bepaald ruim zijn. Alleen kost 70m2 tegenwoordig al een vermogen om te bouwen. Zie hier bij alle projecten minder goedkoop en meer duur omdat anders het gewoon geen bouw wordt want niet rendabel.

Probleem is dat goedkope woningen niet rendabel gebouwd kunnen worden met huidige loon, materiaal en grond kosten. Dan is rendabel duur bouwen heel veel beter dan niet bouwen want mensen die dure woningen kopen laten een woning achter. En meer aanbod dempt de prijs van de rest.

En dat geeft terecht terreurboeren het argument: waarom wordt XR niet aangepakt en wij wel. Geeft rechtse politiek reden om grenzen demonstratierecht ter discussie te stellen. Zorgt dat linkse politiek niet wint als associatie met XR te groot is. Daarom strategisch dom: volstrekt averechts effect.

Precies als terreur boeren wegen bezetten. Een weg bezetten omdat een privaat bedrijf daar ooit zijn hoofdkantoor had. Journalisten intimideren als het narratief je niet aan staat. Dat verspeeld elk greintje sympathie omdat je geen haar beter dan wat je zegt te bestrijden.

Wat jij wilt. Signaal van velen is alleen helder: effect wat je hiermee sorteert is averrechts, niemand neemt XR meer serieus en je geeft rechts ammunitie om het tegengestelde te doen van wat jullie zeggen te willen. Nogal domme actie dus.
