explicitly stated rule. I didn't get anything from that except someone calling our tournaments shit and a migraine. TOing is rough and the scene as a collective has to do better. Thank your TOs when the event ends, follow the rules and accept decisions made by staff, it's not that hard.

Just read the LSL Doc and it hits pretty close to some of things I've experienced. I just wanna say that you should read it, and that Splatoon events are chronically understaffed. Unlike every other esports scene, our organizers are not paid a dime.

My first team just did not have this, we were not friends outside of the game and it really showed in the way everything went to shit. If you arent willing to be personal and be close with your teammates you wont be willing to be truley honest sometimes without functionally obliterating the team
