One small addendum: Vgen DOES in fact allow artists to give the option for the commissioner to cover fees, but ONLY the Vgen fee and it has to be stated up front or optional, not processor fees. I don't think this applies to boosts but phrasing is important to prevent anyone from panicking.

If you mean charging for VGen Fees, then it is allowed but you should either list it in the service description/TOS for transparency OR make it optional.

If the you're charging for Payment Processor Fees, then it is most likely disallowed, depending on location (ex. Paypal allows it for a few countries but disallows for most countries)"
