What a brilliant evening! The weather was perfect, the music was fantastic, & the fireworks rounded off the concert beautifully 🌞🎼🎶🎆 Special mention for Gillian (oboe) & Cathy (bassoon) for getting the audience “skiing” during Pop Goes Bach - definitely a highlight of the night ❤️ #PromInTheCastle

Doing Zanetto tonight with one of the singers who, in true professional style, carried on singing when her drink fell over. The sound of her voice disappearing down the corridor & reappearing with paper towels to mop up the spillage - still singing - was a thing of beauty. And also very funny #opera
