ART 1130 Foundation Color just finished their first project, mixing and applying primary, secondary, and tertiary colors of paint. Check out some of their inventive collage results! Our Foundations courses provide students with a well-rounded base upon which all other studio courses scaffold.

Students at UW Visual Arts have opportunities for on-the-job learning through a variety of internships. Two students, Heidi Welniak and Sokhee Huh, shared images from their internships this semester. Heidi is working with an architecture firm in Italy while Sokhee is interning with UW Visual Arts.
