Jensinion @www.jpkutz.de · 21/09/20264/4 The response was brilliant! We ran over 12 demo games and the local historical connection was a huge hit with visitors. To top off a fantastic weekend, we won 3rd place in the public vote for the best-looking table! Massive thanks to everyone who played. 010
Jensinion @www.jpkutz.de · 21/09/20263/4 Our dual board recreated Nida's forum & West Baths using Sarissa Precision's brilliant buildings. We ran beginner-friendly scenarios with 4 unique gangs, including grizzled veterans of the LEGIO XXII PRIMIGENIA from nearby Mainz! 100
Jensinion @www.jpkutz.de · 21/09/20262/4 We played "Gangs of Rome" (2nd Ed) by Footsore Miniatures, but with a local twist. Instead of Rome, we set our skirmishes in Nida (modern Frankfurt-Heddernheim), a bustling 3rd-century Roman settlement. We even had info boards to share its rich history! 100
Jensinion @www.jpkutz.de · 21/09/20261/4 Hosted our first-ever demo table at the Rhein Main Multiversum! Along with Maria & Sebastian, we proudly presented our project STRAIGHT OUTTA NIDA. After months of building - and gluing 10000+ tiny tiles by hand - we finally brought it to life. #wargaming #gangsofrome #rheinmainmultiversum #nida 110
Jensinion @www.jpkutz.de · 05/09/20262/2 I will present a table, STRAIGHT OUTTA NIDA, together with my friends Maria and Sebastian, using the "Gangs of Rome" ruleset. Jensinion @www.jpkutz.de · 21/08/2026This is my new Carolingian-Frankish army from the time of Charlemagne (768-814 AD). It is based on the DBMM army book III/28. The figures are 15mm figures from the Italian manufacturer Baueda. They were painted by the painting service Fernando according to my specifications. #dbmm #15mm #wargaming 0193

Jensinion @www.jpkutz.de · 22/05/20262/2 It was played with 28mm figures on a beautiful table. It was an extremely exciting and highly dramatic battle, with the tide turning several times. In the end, the people of Frankfurt won by the narrowest of margins. 020
Jensinion @www.jpkutz.de · 22/05/20261/2 A small feud was carried out between the people of Frankfurt and those of Kronberg at the Rhein-Main tabletop club using the Lion Rampant rule set. The feud was set in the year 1388, and its cause, as is often the case, has long been lost in the mists of history... #lionrampant #28mm #wargaming 380
Jensinion @www.jpkutz.de · 25/04/20263/3 After 5 rounds of powder and lead, it ended in a hard-fought draw. Despite losing my dragoons, the artillery's precision saved the day. "By Fire and Sword" is an absolute gem of a rule set - fast, atmospheric, and highly recommended. Can't wait for the next muster! 020
Jensinion @www.jpkutz.de · 25/04/20262/3 The field was tense! My dragoons seized the woods early while 4-pounder cannons battered the Austrian cuirassiers. On the right, Croatian cavalry pressured my mercenaries hard. A bold Brandenburg cavalry flanking manoeuvre deep behind enemy lines turned the tide just in time. 120
Jensinion @www.jpkutz.de · 25/04/20261/3 A 15mm clash of "By Fire and Sword, 2nd Edition": My Brandenburgers faced the Habsburgs in a fictional 1659 skirmish near Crossen. Jensinion @www.jpkutz.de · 05/04/2026A brief eagle's flight over my Roman army in 2mm for the excellent rule set "Strength & Honour". Jensinion @www.jpkutz.de · 16/03/20266/6 My force consists of 15mm original "By Fire and Sword" miniatures, painted to "Showcase" quality by Fernando Painting Service. They look incredible! It's currently a skirmish force for 120 x 120 cm tables, but the march toward a full army has already begun. 030
Jensinion @www.jpkutz.de · 16/03/20265/6 After 1685, the army got a massive boost from Huguenot refugees. Around 300 French officers joined, bringing expert knowledge and forming elite units like the Grands Mousquetaires. This Calvinist educational ethos became the backbone of the later Prussian Cadet Corps. 130
Jensinion @www.jpkutz.de · 16/03/20264/6 The army structure was evolving. Regiments were named after their Colonels, not numbered yet. While cavalry made c. 50% of the force in 1656, the rise of flintlocks and bayonets started shifting the focus toward the disciplined infantry that would later define Prussia. 120
Jensinion @www.jpkutz.de · 16/03/20263/6 Brandenburg's style was fast operations born from necessity. Highlights include the victory at Fehrbellin (1675) and the daring "Great Sleigh Drive" of 1678/79 across frozen lagoons. Two-thirds of state income went to the military - war was truly the "industry" of the state. 120
Jensinion @www.jpkutz.de · 16/03/20262/6 The reforms were radical: reliable funding, professional officers, and the "Kriegskommissarien" linking tax to the military. By the 1650s, the army grew to 25,000 men. At the Battle of Warsaw (1656), 8,500 Brandenburgers fought alongside Swedes against a massive Polish force. 120
Jensinion @www.jpkutz.de · 16/03/20261/6 I'm proud to present my new 15mm Brandenburg-Prussian army for "By Fire and Sword"! A true milestone in military history. #wargaming #byfireandsword #bfas #15mm 120

Jensinion @www.jpkutz.de · 13/02/20263/3 The battle, fought in an area enclosed by hills, was characterised by bold manoeuvres on the part of the Carthaginians. Jensinion @www.jpkutz.de · 13/02/20262/3 The battle was fought in July 2025 at the Rhein-Main Tabletop Club between me and my mate Jan. There was enthusiastic recruiting beforehand: I led 1400 points of Romans into the field against Jan’s 1400 Point Carthaginians. 110
