I like to do a 24 exposure challenge. Basically it simulates having a 24 exposure roll of film.
The rules:
ISO can't be changed
Images can't be deleted
No more than 24 pictures
Images can't be edited
All of these exercises help develop better thoughts on composition and exposure.
