Stronger & more compassionate. In my 35 yrs of Federal service Black women stood up for me many times. They knew that although I looked white I was still a Jew (often the only one). I'm forever grateful🫂

1 - There is no genocide in Gaza. That's a legal term and you're not an attorney. 2 - Indigenous people are standing up for other indigenous communities. They're more creditable than college kids protesting on land their ancestors stole. 3 - I don't like the current Israeli govt either.

💯 My Ethiopian Israel ESL student served in the IDF. Her baby sister just turned 18yo & announced to the family that she wants to go.into.combat.during.a.war. So, yes, her family feels fully Israeli. BTW Druze serve in large numbers, too.

Friends from Michigan moved there cuz oldest kid lived there. They found out Portland's reputation was not accurate & that their son was more conservative than them. They moved back to Michigan for the safety of their queer daughters & sanity of "later in life" son who is now a teen.
