Might be a bit cliche but Tiny Guide/Giant Hero is one. Two officers from two different sized races is another that could have a fun dynamic/scenes. I think the only other one that comes to mind is a tiny spirit and a ghostbuster/ghost Hunter type character could be interesting.

Since it's getting closer to the end of July, maybe something swimsuit related? Could be a tiny being put in the front, back or top of a swimsuit, maybe even being TF into a swimsuit? Could also do a tiny in a Popsicle with the giant seductively licking it. Just some random ideas.
