🍜🍽️ Smiltsērkšķu Posset (Sea Buckthorn) & it's SO good. 150g white sugar 100ml Smiltsēršķu Juice 400ml Cream Reduce sugar & juice to a light syrup. Add cream, reduce until coats the back of a spoon. pour into little bowls. chill for 2 hrs. serve w/ berries, shortbread #foodsky #food #cook #cooksky

🍽️🍜🇱🇻LATVIACORE PIZZA🇱🇻 this is kvass pica W/ ACTUAL POTATO & proper kvass. I highly encourage patience with dough. It still isn't technically boba, but this Taiwanese delight is getting a Latvian twist w/ Kvass - a drink brewed from rye bread, malted rye, berries, herbs & honey.
