I just read the short story ‘All Summer in a Day’ by Ray Bradbury (1954). Set in a school classroom, the story takes place on Venus where … wait for it….it constantly rains and the sun is visible for an hour, every seven years. So ridiculous. I can’t think where these authors get their ideas from.
