I grew up poor and lived in/on state funding. I stole food to survive. Pinstripe jeans were a thing in the 80s. We couldn’t afford them nor could I fit them after making Little Debbies my survival food. After graduate school and weight loss, I bought these jeans to symbolize my journey to success.
