In new mexico its not needed for registration, merely ways to confirm who you are , you are. Billing addresses, last four of ssn, drivers id, birth certs, etc. NM has had the most secure elections the past 8 years. WE dont need no IDs. THey already have our info.

AH. After looking into it, i was mistaken on those. I thought Germany and Sweden were developing their own programs, but i see i had nuclear research confused with nuclear weapons research. Further, German is doing nuclear weapons research, but for defense, not proliferation. Thanks!
