I was going back through my old tumblr posts and I found this glorious meme from my Ghostbusters/Power Rangers Campaign. That was a glorious moment @tsukiblackwolf.bsky.social and @palewindgaming.bsky.social @brachiodreamerash.bsky.social were involved in.

A variation on the 12th Doctor "Is X A Lot?" meme where the question being asked is "Is Fourteen a Lot"
"Depends on the context. Dollars, No. Swords Wielded at one time? Yes."

I recommend @bitcrushnoah-1.bsky.social who has done good work for me in the past

A fancy restaurant in late afternoon. Two monsters, one a humanoid wild boar dressed as a chef, the other a faceless hooded lava monster holding a giant butchering knife on the end of a pole "welcome" you to their establishment

This one. Everyone should play it or run it.

The cover of a book titled Magi-Knights Awakening, featuring a magical girl in a pink dress, a magical boy in a blue and black hooded suit, their student identities and a tall redheaded man with a winged horned red panda on his shoulder.

I recommend @bunovia.bsky.social. The first artist I commissioned. She did this one for me for an upcoming book I'm publishing.

Two figures, one female with a tattered lab coat, with anglerfish, spider praying mantis and scorpion body parts. The other figure is make, in a sleek armor reminiscent of an ant, with a flowing tattered red scarf. The two are about to fight, illuminated only by the anglerfish bulb.

I commissioned this glorious piece, of my own Sona, "Valeria Wraith, Mistress of Critical Fates" from my dear friend @lil-cuddle-bug.bsky.social. I wanted am image of someone regal, divine, and aware of fate. This is the image of myself I want to present as a gamemaster.

A woman in a purple and gold robe, with a flaming purple right hand, a book dangling in a holster on either side of a belt with a planet/feather scale. She's holding a long golden staff with the same scale on one end.
She's standing on the night-shrouded surface of a planet with a calm river flowing between canyon walls behind her. Islands fly in the air behind her, and the night sky has an open wormhole in it.

I commissioned this piece as the cover for my #Magiknights Campaign book from vgen.co/Clara_Madison This perfectly captures the image I was going for, showing two prim and proper federal agents whos badges indicate that both women used to be magical girls. The lighting and composition is stunning!

I commissioned @bitcrushnoah-1.bsky.social to make this interior art for an upcoming Magi-Knights Book titled "The Most Delicious Game" where the Magi-Knights will need to take part in a magical Iron Chef competition as preparation for a cult-backed restaurant later that night.

I commissioned the wonderful @bunovia.bsky.social to make this cover and interior art for my upcoming #Magiknights book "Renaissance Refugee." She totally nailed the mood I was going for and made these pictures sing. You should totally commission her!

An image showing two girls walking through the fairgrounds for a Renaissance Faire identified as"Queen Kira's Court " One girl is wearing a deep colored corset dress, and the other a suit of armor. To their left, and the right of the image, a humanoid any creature is beckoning to them from a multicolored tent.

An image of a battle taking place in a darkened room. On the left is a female creature wearing a tattered lab coat and pants. This creature has the legs and eyes of a black widow spider, the blades of a praying mantis, the tail of a scorpion and the head of an angler fish.
On the right side of the image is a mechanical warrior, bearing the form of a humanoid ant. The only color comes from a tattered red scarf around his neck that billows in the wind behind him.
The two are about to fight, with the only illumination provided by the anglerfish bulb.

Here's the finished piece! I love how you did this! This book will be about a Magical Martial Arts Academy built overlooking Lake Superior. This school "Orbital Strike" teaches magical combat to protect Earth against invasion from the antimaterial plane.

Cover art for a TTRPG blook titled Orbital Strike: A Magi-Knights Awakening Campaign by Valerie Raith. The image shows a blonde girl in a blue uniform with gold piping and a glowing upraised fist symbol on her chest intercepting a punch from a blue skinned boy in a red vest. The girl is using her free hand to charge up energy for a counterattack.
The two of them are doing battle on the foredeck of a Great Lakes Freighter Ship in the middle of an energetic storm. The ship is being pushed back towards the rocks.

I commissioned this interior art for my next #Magiknights book "Renaissance Refugee" from the ever magnificent @bunovia.bsky.social. Once again, you've nailed it, girl!

An image showing two figures about to engage in a fight. On the left is a female figure in a tattered lab coat and ripped pants. This woman has the head of an angler fish, the eyes and legs of a black widow spider, the tail of a scorpion, and the arm blades of a praying mantis.

Opposite her, standing in the traditional Right to Left rule pose from Tokusatsu shows is a man in a sleek black ant themed armor with extending ant legs coming out of the shoulder, blades extending from his fore arm and ankles, and a long tattered red scarf fluttering in the breeze behind him. The battle is lit by the anglerfish bulb.

I recommend @bitcrushnoah-1.bsky.social for this. We're working together on some of my books for the Magi-Knights Awakening RPG. Here's one of Noah's works for me:

Three spectral figures with flaming eyes. One thin one holds an X-shaped blade just out of frame. One wears a judge's robe and wig with the word Judgement written on the upraised hands as a clock face with swords for the clock hands appears in the air above it. One muscular being holds an executioner's axe where the blade is stained with ink.

Fellow authors, without any context, what's the first line of your current WIP?

The opening paragraph of a story that reads "Constantina Vanita is the only mother in human history who saved her child’s life by bringing them to Death’s door. And that’s not even in the top ten of strangest things to happen in that child’s lifetimes. Yes, lifetimes. Plural."

I commissioned this cover art for my Magi-Knights Book "Renaissance Refugee" from @kessiebree.bsky.social and as always, I'm blown away by her work. In this book, a relaxing day at the Renaissance Faire turns into a deep dive into an illegal cybernetics lab.

An image of a renaissance faire titled Queen Kira's Court. Two girls, one with dark skin, black and a burgundy corset dress and the other a fair-skinned redhead in a suit of armor with a yellow shield look to their left to see a humanoid ant creature beckoning them to assist it.

How about the cover art? Done by Emily Jackson, here's the girl, Ruby Merrow, leaving behind the game she hates as a Magi-Knight walks her home.

A brunette girl in a school uniform and red shoes walks next to a magical girl in a yellow and purple dress with an extended umbrella protecting both of them from an afternoon rain storm. Behind them, a boy's baseball uniform lies in a trash can, abandoned by the brunette girl who doesn't want it any more.

One of my favorite things I did when running my Kamen Rider Zi-O rewrite was expanding the Anothers beyond primary Riders. Imagine taking the concept of the ugly fellow below and applying it to Gai, Rogue and Vulcan. Or worse, as I did, applying it to Gokaisilver and Dekamaster!

Hi there. I'm an author who got art commissioned for her books from @kessiebree.bsky.social. She did art for my book "Magi-Knights Spellcraft Evolved" including this piece below. She's got good prices, and I always recommend her work.

Two teenage superheroes, one with pale skin dressed like a court jester and one with darker skin dressed in leather while holding a shotgun in his lap with the safety on, console a girl dressed as a samurai. The girl is crying while holding three dogtags in her hand. Above them, the three of them are shielded from the rain by the hand of a massive warrior in silver, bronze and green.

Get to dredge this quick meme out again. Yay!

A short man in a yellow shirt declares a desire for speedy destruction of a sinister company. The words "TOEI Studio" are crossed out and replaced with "Private Equity Firms." The short man's two on-again off-again allies in the background are looking at him as if he has just had the one good idea he has been allotted in life.

This one's for all my fellow transgirls. I commissioned this piece from @emily-jackson.bsky.social for the cover of my upcoming #MagiKnights Episode "Take Me Out Of The Ballgame" This came out so much better than I could have hoped! Thank you so much!

Two teenage girls (one with brown hair, red shoes and a blue school uniform and the other in a yellow and purple magical girl uniform with top hat and tails) walk under a yellow umbrella through an afternoon rainstorm. Behind them to the right, a boy's baseball uniform lies in an open trashcan, signifying that one of the girls has walked away from that life to be who she should truly be.

I commissioned this piece from vgen.co/emilyxx showing the scene where McKenzie Mardin, @junkyboy.bsky.social 's Magi-Knight asked an enemy general if he was a praying man before incinerating him. Though the guy did deserve it. He hypnotized McKenzie's mom on McKenzie's birthday.

A night-time scene in a forest as a red-haired magical girl in a long skirt and cloak with a phoenix clasp levitates above a fire, causing the embers to swirl around her.
