I would have guessed yes. An ability that triggers "whenever you scry" will trigger after you scry with an empty library. Could be a bug. I'll let that team know. #WotCstaff

Yeah, that all seems correct, for exactly the rule you quoted. If it doesn't specify a player, it triggers only once for that part of the turn, even in 2HG. I'm sure Owling Mine is somehow responsible. #WotCstaff

Tonight’s big success is I didn’t accidentally poison my cat. Grapes and raisins are highly toxic to cats, a fact you really should be aware of before mindlessly allowing your cat to lick the milky remnants of your unattended bowl of Raisin Bran.

The multiple judges are right. The ability triggers only once each upkeep, and you’ll create only one token per turn (absent anything weird going on). 805.4d is the applicable rule. #WotCstaff
