There was no need for BFDIE either, but we got it, and it was pretty fun. I wouldn't mind a TFI series. It could also go deeper into the origin of the comics in-universe, since we learned that they are actual physical comics in TPOT 15.

Hot take; but I feel like Team Dead and Team Alive will still be around in TPOT 23, 24 and 25. Since the challenge takes place over the course of 3 episodes, there'll be plenty of chances for characters to both die, and be recovered. #bfdi #tpot

TADC got into theaters in significantly more countries than BFDI/II, so I do think that it is a bigger achievement. I don't believe, however, that it's the reason that the animation community is giving more attention to TADC. That's simply because it's significantly more known than any object show.
