WorldWidePixel @worldwidepixel.ca · 13/08/2026just confirming for a friend is this how election reporting works? 230
WorldWidePixel @worldwidepixel.ca · 20/07/2026Thanks to @bunny.net, I can store my remote files like a billionaire. 020
WorldWidePixel @worldwidepixel.ca · 17/05/2026Finally figured out how to detect odd numbers in Java (so proud of myself!!!!) 140
WorldWidePixel @worldwidepixel.ca · 28/03/2026Reading mode is genuinely so helpful sometimes; in this case because I really wanted to read @lambdaurora.dev's blogpost about plural terminology 250
WorldWidePixel @worldwidepixel.ca · 26/03/2026This is just a summary of my personal experience attempting to update IDEA CE 2024.1 to 2026.1. Declaring CE dead and then... not, but still hiding it feels very intentionally misleading to me. 010
WorldWidePixel @worldwidepixel.ca · 26/03/2026uhh.. right that's useful. This is an official image from their blog, and they hid all CE downloads from their website. I'll repost with some fancy hashtags ig 110
WorldWidePixel @worldwidepixel.ca · 02/01/2026#mcartday Happy new year. I'm so grateful to everyone who made it so amazing. As is tradition now, I've created a year-in-a-grid of some of my work from the past year. I wish everyone a safe and beautiful 2026. <3 WWP 1112
WorldWidePixel @worldwidepixel.ca · 19/11/2025@status.worldwidepixel.ca had a little field day, it seems 000
WorldWidePixel @worldwidepixel.ca · 23/09/2025How my devtools ended up on @dannytaylor.dev's site is beyond me and also absurdly funny. 220
WorldWidePixel @worldwidepixel.ca · 22/09/2025look at this happy family!! lovely how history repeats itself 130
WorldWidePixel @worldwidepixel.ca · 20/09/2025I just tiled the model. It's possibly the messiest Blender project I've ever made, lol 120
WorldWidePixel @worldwidepixel.ca · 19/09/2025The banner is just a tiling of this model over the same background gradient. One last interesting one is the logo for Cantilever. It's actually a mix of two separate renders, in order to create both parts of the optical illusion. Once done, I just merged them! (they overlapped, so it was simple) 230
WorldWidePixel @worldwidepixel.ca · 19/09/2025A good example of the Spirit-style design process is with Snapper. I originally just did a rough sketch in Paint before trying to recreate it as best as I could in Minecraft. After that, I just 'traced' the build into Blockbench manually and exported the OBJ to Blender. 250
WorldWidePixel @worldwidepixel.ca · 19/09/2025All Spirit-style icons are created in Blender, rendered isometrically, and then have their backgrounds added separately in Inkscape. This allows me to fine-tune the key colours long after the central element has been finalised. 120
WorldWidePixel @worldwidepixel.ca · 19/09/2025Hi!! Sorry for taking so long, and I'm so happy to hear you like the icon!! The design of Hollow's icon is rather simple; it's what created my design system of isometric and vibrant icons, which can be seen across all Spirit projects. 130
WorldWidePixel @worldwidepixel.ca · 22/07/2025This idea just came to me and I have no idea if it's good (my experience in character design consists of a sprite for a character in a game that never saw the light) What if you took inspiration from 70s-90s music videos? 130
WorldWidePixel @worldwidepixel.ca · 01/07/2025For this #mcartday, I can't actually show anything in particular. Mainly, it's because the project is still a secret. As is trademark with me, it's a soundtrack- and might be available by next #mcartday... 010
WorldWidePixel @worldwidepixel.ca · 25/06/2025You can also import builds from LXFML files (or LXF files if you rename them to ZIP and extract) 000
WorldWidePixel @worldwidepixel.ca · 25/06/2025Connection IP can also be changed via a file- this all makes me wonder if it'd be possible to operate a remote Brickcraft server for funzies. 100
WorldWidePixel @worldwidepixel.ca · 25/06/2025Mojang's cancelled Brickcraft (2012) leak has functional multiplayer. 310
WorldWidePixel @worldwidepixel.ca · 30/05/2025As always, my attempts to illustrate myself always end up rather... silly. 030
WorldWidePixel @worldwidepixel.ca · 29/05/2025I made some more art for @pridecraft.gay; this time their 404 page! 110
WorldWidePixel @worldwidepixel.ca · 20/05/2025If curious, this cover is a relit variant of the Flare cover art, which were both created in Blender. 030
WorldWidePixel @worldwidepixel.ca · 16/05/2025#mcartday Here's some promotional artwork I made for some @pridecraft.gay projects! 1131
WorldWidePixel @worldwidepixel.ca · 04/04/2025Minecraft Preview's new Vibrant Visuals are both breathtaking and very, very buggy 151
WorldWidePixel @worldwidepixel.ca · 11/03/2025I've probably never purchased something faster than @ivyroadgames.bsky.social's game and @c418.org's music 020
WorldWidePixel @worldwidepixel.ca · 11/03/2025@modrinth.com just surpassed $600,000 USD distributed to creators. 030
WorldWidePixel @worldwidepixel.ca · 13/02/2025Sounded fun, and wanted to throw my hat in the ring. It's not in any way SVG, but it was rather fun to make in Blender. Well, the gear was made via SVG so I do have a flat thing, but it's not very visually interesting. It's fun to try things, though! 130
WorldWidePixel @worldwidepixel.ca · 29/01/2025I find my skin's existing eye layout- well at least for me, a defining factor about the skin. It's.. special to me. Even though just adjusting it by one pixel makes it look like.. well any modern skin, I just don't have it in me to change it- I love it too much. 000
WorldWidePixel @worldwidepixel.ca · 29/01/2025If I take a look back at my skin's eyes, this pattern is broken. They're positioned above-centre, which leaves only two pixels for forehead shading. This poses a problem. You see, I've had this face layout for years at this point. Four or five, I'd say? 000
WorldWidePixel @worldwidepixel.ca · 29/01/2025It's the eyes. They're all in the same place. Every single one had their eyes either in the direct centre or below. At first, this confused me- but I've realised why this is the case. It's so one can put more attention to detail in the forehead and hair. 000
WorldWidePixel @worldwidepixel.ca · 29/01/2025First, I did what anyone would do and checked the first page of NameMC. A great way of finding the latest in the exact same goddamn skins over and over. Let's take this random selection, for instance. Do you notice a pattern? Not the layered hair or similar shading- but something else. 000
WorldWidePixel @worldwidepixel.ca · 29/01/2025The skin findings. A couple weeks ago, I tried redoing my Minecraft skin's hair. It went... not the greatest, to say the least. So, I decided to do some research into why it looked so... off.[ Turns out- there's a pattern in all of this and I find it quite interesting. 🧵 510
