I've had to unfriend a few fans lately, all for the same reason. They made ridiculing, unkind, and in some cases outright cruel comments about pictures I posted of young women cosplaying Jessica.
More than a person, Jessica is a state of mind. To play Jessica, you need self -confidence, a sense of humor, and a Jessican -attitude-. There is no such thing as a Jessica cosplayer being too short, too flat chested, too heavy, too thin, too unattractive, too black, too Asian, or even too male!!! All Jessica, any Jessica, every Jessica is good Jessica.
I'm not giving any warnings or second chances. A single disparaging comment on a Jessica cosplayer, and I'm throwing you out of the rainbow colored Toontown Tent.

I want to write a sapphic romance between 2 femme characters, enemies to lovers, and they're both tops.

World of Tigra @worldoftigra.bsky.social · 16/07/2026

More and more I'm seeing a total void of sapphic romance featuring 2 femme or 2 masc characters I'm gonna have to take a stab at this

World of Tigra @worldoftigra.bsky.social · 16/07/2026

just finished an enemies to lovers sapphic romance and all thorugh the book the undercover girl kept all the secrets and finally at the end they're revealed and ...no drama? I feel cheated. Where's my damn angst?

I've read about 12 million enemies to lovers vampire girl meets vampire hunter girl books, watched shows, etc doing the enemies to lovers trope and I always get frustrated because enemies to lovers is like, the most squandered trope in fiction. I NEVER see it done well. I can only name

there are times I'm astounded at how predictable I am started a new book series about a lesbian half-fae private investigator set in London who is dating a vampire queen and wouldn't you know it, once again I glom onto the side character...her girl friday is a golem and she's awesome

Tell me five random things that you love (that aren’t people or pets) 1. A good female vampire protagonist 2. a bite in the air in the fall right around Halloween 3. seeing someone enjoy food I've cooked 4. special moons (blue moons, blood moons, harvest moons, etc) 5. high quality corset

Yes, Poison Ivy is a Pisces and it makes sense, because she is creative, empathetic, and can lose herself in beautiful nature the thing people don't understand, and I'm speaking as a Pisces myself-- YOU CAN PUSH US TOO FAR AND YOU'D BETTER RUN AND HIDE WHEN WE DO SNAP

I find myself mostly unable to enjoy most het romance. I don't like MMCs in the modern era. I don't care for shades of grey anymore, I like actual good guys I think it's because I've dated too many men irl who were violent, cruel, lied, cheated, or were dicks to people around us.

are there children vampires? in my wip, no. the transition takes an immense physical and mental toll that children don't survive. in fact, 60% of people don't survive across the board of those that do, fully half come back as feral, flesh eating monsters with no intelligence

When I say something like: I don't like this thing if you come at me saying that my opinion is wrong or insult me for having it, I'm not going to argue with you. I'm not even going to respond. I'll just block. If you respectfully want to have a discussion and persuade me to reconsider, I'll listen

I won't be arguing with anyone on Bluesky. I'm just blocking you if you try starting something with me. If I wanted randos picking fights with me I'd just stay on Twitter

I think it's interesting that Ivy, ostensibly a villain, gets coopted by political factions the way certain heroes, like Captain America and Superman, do. Whatever else you can say about her, she has a strong, unflinching set of morals ps: Ivy's no more a radfem than Cap is MAGA

061

World of Tigra @worldoftigra.bsky.social · 19/06/2026

it's funny how certain narrative choices can drive you away from a favorite character, isn't it? I just saw Raven is getting a Halloween one shot and I have no desire to read it, despite having long considered Raven one of my favs, literally top 5. Why? I got tired of her constantly being de-aged

World of Tigra @worldoftigra.bsky.social · 18/06/2026

those who know my know I champion 2 crack ships 1 is Poison Ivy and Captain America and don't get me started... but the other is Tigra and Battle Beast. One of these days, I'm gonna write it

I don't talk about my D&D characters very often, I've played VtM way more, but one of my favorites was a swashbuckler I was playing where she was a vapid noblewoman by day and did adventures by night as 'the Tigress' ended too soon because there was some drama between another player and DM, sadly

You guys have no idea how can that I am to mention how the protagonist of my next novel is feasting her way through the tartan army. The struggle is real guys. A bunch of rowdy drunk Scottish hot dudes meeting a tall curvy Ginger fatty vampire? The story writes itself

World of Tigra @worldoftigra.bsky.social · 17/06/2026

I wish Tigra had a villain or two I thought was hot so I could do some enemies to lovers shipping but I kind of hate all the villains she's fought who are recurring for her

World of Tigra @worldoftigra.bsky.social · 17/06/2026

I wish Vampires, Werewolves, Witches, and Fae were real because at this point once can only assume they would've stepped in by now to do something about us destroying their world.

There's a core of female DC villains I've always wanted to see form a vigilante/Thunderbolts team like Poison Ivy' Killer Frost Silver Banshee Livewire Cheetah maybe Shiva, Cheshire, or even Talia

I'm pretty feral for any story that's basically a gender-swapped version of the Lost Boys--girl gang of vampires is one of those concepts that will always make me stop and read/watch and it occurs to me I should seriously considering writing that trope myself someday.

hearing rumors that people believe Tigra is going to die or otherwise get yanked out of Marc's life soon and...that tracks.

"Mother is the name for God on the lips and hearts of all children." It was a snapshot of the 90s--dirty, grimy, and messy the remake is a snapshot of the 2020s--vapid, overproduced, soulless, and toothless

Death in sandman was a formative character for me and no matter how much of a monster Neil Gaiman turned out to be that doesn't change. On the other hand, Ive hated Whedon ever since he screwed over charisma Carpenter for Angel season 5. Long before everybody else got on board
