I made a new title screen ! Trying to merge the two styles present in the game. What do we think about it ? #indiegames #gamedev #cozygames

A bit of particles action for the card reveals. I think those constrained angles on the explosion really add something. #gamedev #indiegames

Parallax layers entered the above ground ! I promise, soon you will be able to built you own cozy #ants nest :) #gamedev #indiegames

I like my lazy solution of morphing between top and side view (about 50 particles, twice as much draw for the outline layer) #gamedev #indiegames

Ok now that I drew some icons, the cursor can morph between them ! It isn't saying much, but that's probably my best #pixelart ever :D #gamedev #indiegame

Look at those cute critters ! <3 I think the cosy ant sim is the perfect counter point the ant swarm battles :) #gamedev #indiegames

I'm trying to have these ugly beasts learn to walk. The physic wasn't setup properly and they were sliding. In a lazy attempt to fix it, duct tape penalized them for touching the ground. Now they are learning to hop pathetically #gamedev #indiegames

Ok so as someone suggested... Gravity gun ! Wayyyy cooler than a wand ! Please picture a cool sounding "woosh" in your head (and a cool lighting effect) What would you like to see next ? #gamedev #indiegames

Same dungeon but : - limited palette (16 base colors * 16 shades) - limited light levels - dithering <3 - CRT shader #gamedev #indiegames

The Workshop Geek @workshopgeek.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

How does this reworked shader looks ? The right side version I mean - 16 color base palette + 15 shades per color (5 birght, 10 dark) - dithering - light levels - crt My son prefers the old flat one :( #gamedev #indiegame #pixelart

I'm thinking about naming this "3D Noita" Break Further. Cause the idea is that when you die you come back to the same world and keep breaking stuff to go down. Also, gravity gun is in the todo list #gamedev #indiegames

The ants are now... digging. I know, crazy for #ants right ? #gamedev #indiegame By the way the update is live, I would gladly welcome any feedback : the-workshop-geek.itch.io/incremental-...

I gave the player #ants "stances". Basically brain modes. There is something magical when they slef organized like that with simple rules #gamedev #indiegames

Playing around the cursor particles to indicate which mode we are currently using. Right now it's cursor / arrow / circle I really like the smooth transitions #gamedev #indiegames
