viktor found it reasonable enough and narrowed down the listings. at the end, there was one apartment that met their desired location and had the amenities viktor wanted. calls and apartment viewings came next. by the end of the day, viktor was compiling more lists.

the defective thing all along was beating inside his chest and grew a nest of thorns in his lungs when viktor nurtured those wretched feelings. since curing himself, he hadn't felt a twinge of pain when being around jayce. he can act normally around jayce for once. a miracle of modern medicine.
