Just as a heads up for anyone planning to buy from Warhammer, on the 21st of September (this year) prices will be altering. I’ve seen the rumours and while looking up custodes this came up. I am surprised warcom hasn’t announced this yet but we’ll see #warhammercommunity #MiniaturePainting

One final point this kitsune looking creature is really majestic, for a small model it it’s captures a lot of motion and elegance. Cheers for reading and have a lovely day ❤️

Tzul a spirit for a new warband in Age of Sigmar for the Underworlds game.

Something very pretty about it.

This is pretty cool, even if I don’t collect CoS this is a very fun looking kit with a lot of character. Oh yeah edition of 40K is cool? But seeing as it’s only an Ork boy and (yay..) a new intercessor kit I am holding on saying too much right now.

A Cannodae Cogfort for the cities of sigmar army for Age of Sigmar, a very a goofy but also very impressive looking kit.

This is the first build with a huge cannon mounted on the top.

Cleary another glorious Ultramarine, Primaris Lieutenant.

The best miniature in any setting, the heroic and glorious Primaris Lieutenant, in the colours of the Ultramarines.

When you gotta start krumpin’ some gitz but forgot your hat is too big and your zoggin’ Grot didn’t clean your shirt. But, in all seriousness lovely model captures a more “nomadic” feel and slightly more grim, the colour choice is more muted than previous Warboss’ and sounds like more on the way 🤔

New Ork Warboss shown my Warhammer community, after being leaked online.

I like it, looks larger and more formidable and less cartoony, still looks very silly but I can see it more existing in a world, it looks me fleshed out.

That was fun, well back to hobby. Haven’t had this much fun with a Pokèmon game in a while, even if it is just a port, it felt nice to play an old school game on modern hardware and knowing this team can be transferred into newer gens. #LeafGreen #HallOfFame #Pokèmon

My favourite legendary, not because of her damage, type but because of how cute, wholesome adorable this Pokèmon is I will fight you, if you think otherwise and probably be crying while doing so. That’s all I need to say about her. Thank you El Goblino, La Creatura for being so cute, and adorable

Next up Corvinknight, and the reason why I love steel types, so much, this huge lad begins life as a humble small boy, he hangs in the back lines, and tweets and cause me to lose my cool when I saw the shiny on a new game of ShSw and it being my first encounter of the playthrough.

Next up Pinsir, definitely a wild card but hear me out. About a year or two ago I played HeartGold, and I caught a Pinsir, I didn’t know much about this guy, other than being a mono-bug type with a lot of fighting type moves,.

Mudkip from starter for Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald.

Pinsir an unassuming Bug Type but to me is an underrated champ.

Corvinknight, ever since its introduction in Galar I have loved this Pokemon, such a good steel type and made all the better by having flying typing and an amazing move set.

I lover Ogerpon, she is such a sweet and just wholesome.

Here is my attempt at one, I do need to get a few basic saturnines for this lad to lead. I really like the armour design, amongst my favourite armours in Warhammer/HH. It is very strong and gives me walking tanks feelings, this lad I can weathering a storm of fire, shells and toxins while fighting.

When a Gore Magala is ready to moult into a Shagaru Magala it’ll enter a dormant state, like a caterpillar into beautiful butterfly, but this isn’t a guarantee, if it’s slower or there’s a another Shagaru nearby it’ll use its frenzy virus to stop other Gore Magalas from moulting.

I instantly thought of this fella from Dark Souls. I still remember that right hook, even now. #DarkSouls #Mushroom #Punchshroom

Mushroom parent from Dark Souls, a large fungal creature with blood on its fist and white body, a pair of green eyes can be seen as well.

In Dark Souls they are notorious for punching players with a right hook, does a load of damage and knocks you down every time, allowing you to be ganged up on or backed into a corner.

I think from the Warhammer preview, this is my favourite model, just standalone, the other Corsair stuff is ok, but Yriel stands out to me It captures more “wild” but also keeping the “classic” Eldar look, the wilderness being his pose while graceful is more static and powerful. #WarhammerCommunity

Some more photos of Prince Yriel from the preview show.

My Death Guard Saturnine Praetor, with his corruption slowly seeping through, on a blighted rad base with dead bushes and a broken floor.

A Imperial Fist Praetor, standing defiantly against the world, ready to take both traitor and daemon, with the steadfastness of Dorn and the righteous fury of Terra.

Ok #WarhammerCommunity it’s and time of the year. www.warhammer-community.com/en-gb/articl... Miniature of the year, so do go and vote, and if you want some food for thought, or would like to hear my picks, have a read below and yeah, let it stew in your head. Much love Workaz #MiniOfTheYear

For 40Ks miniature of the year I voted for Lhykhis, I really love the sculpt, need to buy one but it is on the list of miniatures for next year.

The miniature shows to me, the desperation of the Aeldari and their resolve, Lhykhis jumps into the warp time and time again, glancing with She Who Thirst and the other gods, just to save her race.

But to get so close to their enemy, to chase the jaws of death so often, it would be insane to think of usually for such a proud race, but alas the depths the Aeldari will go to slow their doom, is beautifully sad.

Not perfect, but definitely the best model for 40K this year.

And sits at a very comfortable and high 3rd

For AoS miniature of the year I voted for Urak Taar the First Daemonsmith. I have a thing about big monsters, and the “First Of a Thing”, also have a love towards dwarfs in any string

This is my favourite miniature of the year, especially with the burnt trees, desolate wasteland and the basic nature of it, it’s not too flashy it’s strong, enduring and shows the efficiency of the Helmsmiths, while also showing a desire to show dominance and arrogance, while also the illusion of them thinking they can “control” chaos when merely they are pawns, just like those they bind.

Ok, this is actually second place, not because of the narrative, or the story behind it.

It just a badass model, the Saturnine Praetor when I saw made me go “So this is how Mech Fans feel.” It’s a beautifully designed but also just screams “Come at me” while also showing a different feeling for each Legion, the Sons of Dorn show a steadfast commitment to their duty, the Salamanders show the blazing power of this legendary armour, and my own personal favourite (the how I’ve painted it) show the slow creeping corruption of the Death Guard, and the traitor legions as a whole.

This model is multipurpose both narratively and for gamers, painters and readers.

I could easily see this become more than just a Horus Heresy miniature, so that’s why it gets second place to me.

Here, the baddest of baddies.

Saturnine Praetor on a white background, in the colour scheme of the XIVth Legion (14th Legion) a.k.a as the Death Guard.

They are standing on a ruin, their fist raised high and the plasma blasted on their gauntlet glowing a blue.

Deathshroud terminator, of the XIVth Legion, a.k.a the Death Guard, they are in their post heresy colours, and got their mutations, and sores exposed.

They and wielding a power scythe, now know as a manreaper, after exposure to the corruption of the warp.

They are wearing green armour, tainted by the warp and their new good Nurgle.
With metal chainmail, hanging from their bloated forms.

Also they wear a hood, over their helmet, to conceal their former identity and to give the fear of the reaper….

A Plague Monk from the Skaven Range.
Wielding two rusty shives with a sickly green cloak.

Ready to spread disease and despair among the mortals and enemies of their god.

He is standing on a city street which has already felt the effects of his gods power.

Thornquol on boneripper, a large model from the Skaven range.

They are standing on a polluted battlefield with decay, rats and a large green river of an unknown substance, most likely liquid warp stone.

Autumn leaves and greens cover the base

Boneripper is a mass of botched stitches, muscle and flesh, with metal pipes, mechanisms and weapons attached to its frame.

Its owner Thornquol is an insane grey seer, yelling abuse and orders at his pet, while flinging spells and insults to his enemies.

Both come together to make a deadly team of insanity and brawn.

I didn’t realise how many of my models have some form of slime, water or toxic waste on them. Until now. Enjoy lovely people ❤️

Thanquol and Boneripper, from Age of Sigmar, his base is a toxic pool with water running in between the rocks, with some Autumnal leaves and ferns.

Grey Seer, from age of sigmar on a bell with rats pouring out from it.
With a small pool of toxic water/warpstone energy.

A Redemptor Dreadnaught from 40,000.

Wading his way through a small pool of icy cold water, his base is wintery with small dead tuffs of grass, that are yellow, with some spots of blood, friend or for? Who knows.

Lord of Virulence from 40,000 trudging over a sandy wasteland with green slime dripping from his tubing and claws, onto the floor.
Leaving behind a trial for daemon engines following him.

Snake from metal gear saying “Minecraft has changed”, which is a play on the iconic quote “War, has changed” use when me and my friend group saw the new Minecraft changes (copper tools etc)

The news reporter from the Simpson’s saying “I for one, welcome our new Skaven overlords” bit more ambiguous due to the meme usually is used in different ways, but usually involve the imagine mentioning about said thing is now their overlords, as opposed to what might’ve been there before, or might be something new.
