I’m going somewhere that I haven’t gone in years out of avoidance & fear. When talking last night with a friend, my heart nearly beat out of my chest. Still going. I’ll take my panic meds & inhaler. I’m tired of giving in. Of losing my voice. Of losing access to people/places that make me happy.
