If you've tried to use the site in the past week or so, you may have noticed it was a bit messed up (like, it may not have loaded, or it may have loaded really slowly). I've fixed it, and it should be much snappier now. Should be in better shape moving forward! www.woodworkingtoolfinder.com

I've been playing with a borrowed Stanley 45 combination plane. They're a lot of fun, and if you're interested in picking one up, the site lists a few for sale: www.woodworkingtoolfinder.com?model_number... Also plenty of other plow planes: www.woodworkingtoolfinder.com?use=Plough

We've added a new seller to the site: www.timelesstoolsandtreasures.com You'll see their listings for planes and other tools when you search on www.woodworkingtoolfinder.com (Also, it looks like workingtools.biz has shut down, so we've taken them out of the index.)

We came across this page in the April 1939 edition of the Stanley Tools catalog... and while searching for "Jackass planes" won't turn up anything on the site, we have plenty of "Jack" planes listed: buff.ly/4hCxS11 #woodworking

Another new feature...the #woodworking version of Google's "I'm Feeling Lucky" button: www.woodworkingtoolfinder.com/random (It's not complicated...it just shows you a random tool from the index. But it's a fun way to see what's out there for sale.)

New feature on the site! We've added an "Other Tools" tab that shows spokeshaves, screwdrivers, braces, scrapers, files, scorps, hammers, knives, and a few more things. buff.ly/42hqILu #woodworking #tools
