I switched over to F1 TV, and the issue has cleared up. Also, the color profile on F1TV is much darker and more realistic, and the resolution looks a heck of a lot finer

The pavement has come up in T19 (Antony Noghès corner). That area plus most of the way to T1 (Ste. Devote) was resurfaced, and apparently that mixture does not like the shear from these cars #F1 #MonacoGP
