problem. An accountability parter has been helpful. My bf & I use each other for that @ the kids now having a bullet journal also helps. I have never been medicated. I go through days of low spoons so I completely understand. As an ADHD person, routines with variety seem to help keep me on track. ❤️

It’s early to say if a bullet journal will work. I do a JJ each mth & never complete it. I watched Planning Annie’s yt on bullet journals, its step by step for set up. Then I made dashboard & weekly’s super simple. It’s okay to start & stop. I use to have many notebooks, I hope this will solve that…

Love it! I made my own travellers journal size cover & make my own inserts. I do one a month. Sometimes they are left with many unfinished pages but they are always fat from junk journaling. So much fun! I’m also ND and I find this type of journalling helps me regulate.❤️
