i get your points, lots of people think it looks goofy and silly, but it is great for long term bondage compared to most positions!! it also works nicely for people who may struggle with flexibility since things like box ties/frog ties aren't achievable by some people.

a rice cooker helps a lot in easy meals!! cooking a bunch of meat ahead of time and storing it in the fridge makes eating a lot easier. it's best to pair it with fermented vegetables for digestion help (kimchi or cucumbers marinated in soy sauce/rice wine vinegar). rice cooker keeps rice warm too!!
