Thankfully the manager over the process escalated to the manager in the team so something might happen, but I doubt I'll have any changes. Issue was resolved without the person's help because the server team he refused to engage with found the fault from other reports ...

It has come again for my own MH and anxiety to be tested again in the fires of life. I have found myself growing in my professional life again, and it tugs on my private personal one too. Events that show up have pushed me to my comfort zone and to the edge. I am now making it more comfortable
