I'm not sure if this is a controversial take or not, but if you never rate a game (or any media) a 10/10 because nothing is perfect, then your 9/10 is the same as a 10/10. It's effectively a scale that only goes to 9. 9/9=10/10

If you're still having trouble buying Silksong on steam, try buying a key from humblebundle and activating it on steam. That worked for me.
